Cigarettes

All cigarette machines will be turned off Any cigarettes will be confisticated and returned to them when leaving.

Searches

Full searches are required with both the female and male Security staff. Clothing and bags of all patrons are searched on entry. Refusal to allow such searches will result in the refusal of entry to the venue.

Bullying and Bad Behaviour

All patrons are required to treat the venue and others with respect. We have a very strict anti bullying policy and we ask all our patrons to treat the venue and others with respect. If we discover any patrons intimidating others, pushing and shoving or attempting to jump the queue they will not gain entry. Also, if we discover any patrons fighting or using inappropriate language they will again be escorted out of the venue.

Disobedience

Any patron who disobeys venue rules will be removed from the venue and sent home. If it is a serious offence they will also be banned from attending any future events.

Exit Policy

At the end of each event we aim to promote a quick, calm and quiet exit.

Dress Code

We do not generally allow patrons to wear caps or hooded tops, however, trainers and jeans are usually ok. If any patrons do have caps or hooded tops, they are asked to put them in the cloakroom by a member of staff. If they don’t co-operate, we will refuse entry to the venue. Again as with all refusals we would contact their parents or guardian and ask them to collect the child or children.

Staff

Our staff are trained to assist any patron with a problem. They are constantly on hand to investigate and resolve any problems or incidents that may arise during an event.

Safety and Security

Our priority is safety before, during and also after the event. A professional registered security team will be on hand to assist anyone at all times and staff will also be available to assist and answer any questions.

Age Admission Policy

Bonkers on Friday nights are strictly under 18’s. If your child attends, please make sure they bring ID with them to the event as proof of age.

Alcohol and Drugs Policy

Alcohol and drugs are not tolerated. At no time, will alcohol be served. All points of sale for alcoholic beverages are covered and only non-alcoholic soft drinks are on display. We will not tolerate drunken patrons and if any are found to be inebriated, we will wherever possible contact their parents or guardian and ask them to collect the child or children. We will not turn away any patrons without making sure they are safe and that they can get home.

Filming and Photographs

Filming takes place at the majority of the events listed on our website. Our CRB checked in-house photographer also takes photographs at all events. If a patron does not wish to be photographed, he/she can inform the photographer at any point in the night. If you have a photo listed on our website that you wish to be removed, please contact us via the contact page and it will be removed promptly.
